Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available! The exact shipping fees and discounts will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
Order Issues
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered when they are still in transit or awaiting final delivery. We recommend waiting 3 days as packages often show up within that time frame. If it’s been longer than 3 days and your package still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to track it down.
Sometimes tracking information may not update for a few days, even though your package is still en route. If there hasn’t been any update for 5 days, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate the issue and ensure your package is on track for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We’re committed to ensuring you and your little one are always happy. That’s why we stand by everything we sell, 100%. If you or your baby aren’t fully satisfied, neither are we, and we will make it right.
Details:
- For orders placed within the last 30 days, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. A $7.00 return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless a product is defective.
- For orders over 30 days old, we will issue store credit.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping or international duties/taxes unless a product is defective.
